So happy for you to find your new home! I’m excited to see the space unfold. I relate to missing the art of the ticket- I had a 10 year movie and concert ticket collection before tickets went digital. They’re so nostalgic!
Thanks so much, Jenna! I've just shared the first article in the new series, The Home Update, so you can find some behind the scenes and project ideas shared there :)
Ahhh wow! 10 years is an incredible collection. How do you store them? Do you have them in a special box or are you planning to make a big collage with them? What a fun trip down memory lane it must be to look through all of them.
I absolutely love following along. You always seem so authentic! I thought I’d share that I’ve used Billy bookcases in many of our homes, including our current home. I love them. I’d suggest using the glass doors because they keep your shelves dust free, feel cottagey, and give you closed storage on the bottom half, which is always a win win! They can be configured so many different ways and I’m still a huge fan of them.
Thanks so much, Melissa! (thanks for your note in your second comment too hehe)
Great to know about the Billy bookcases. I think I'm going to order a few and start with these as a closet "extension" in my bedroom and see how I like working with them. Then I can play around and add them to the living room too if it flows well in there too! Thanks so much for the reccie :)
Love following along! Yes to taking it slowww on furnishing- negative space is so lovely 💕
Thanks so much, Marty! :)
I also love your front porch—those rocks!! 😍 And as a Canadian, so cool to see that vintage Expo ticket…
Beautiful home

Have you watched the mystery woman movies? I think you’d love them! I believe there are 10 or 11, I can usually find them on YouTube for free. 🫶
I haven't! I'll keep your recommendation in mind though, thank you!
